PEDAL INTO THE PAST ON OUR SURREY TOUR!
Take a tour of the residential areas of Eagle River and explore Eagle River in its first heyday from 1885-1945! Come learn about the early movers and shakers of Eagle River History and the develop of the town as the seat of Vilas County! Join us as we explore the locations of lost architecture, sites of sports, early developments of local businesses and industry, and how locals live and have lived in Eagle River for the past 140+ years, with a quick break at Silver Lake to take in the view! This is your chance to get a more intimate and unique view of our town's history that is not on the chain or directly downtown. TICKETS ARE $20.00 (+ Taxes & Fees)
CUSTOMER & TOUR INFORMATION
Tour Overview:
- 1hr 30min Pedal Tour of Residential Eagle River from 1:00pm to 2:30pm from Thursday, Friday, & Saturday
- Tours are from Memorial Day Weekend until the Last weekend in September (except Holidays)
What to Expect:
- Headphones and Photo Flip books will be made available for patrons
- Tours can run fast or slow depending on traffic, questions, pictures etc. Tours are typically an hour long, but we always give a 1hr 30min is a guideline that we try to stand by, but depending on other variables tours can run longer.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are eligible through Peek up to the day before your scheduled tour. For disputes please email info@eagleriverhistory.org.
- If weather does become an issue, (viz. lightning, extreme wind, down pour etc.) refunds will be issued and patrons can re-schedule.
