Open House at Depot Museum | May 24th, 2025
We will be opening our Historic Depot Museum for the Summer on May 24th, 2025! Stop by to see some of the new artifacts on display, and we will have free Root Beer Floats from 12:00pm to 2:00pm!
The Museum is open from 11:00am to 3:00pm, and will stay open every Monday, Thursday, and Friday those same hours until Labor Day weekend!

Pie Social & Open House at the Main Museum | June 9th, 2025
Come Join us for an Open House Pie Social at our Main Museum! Starting at 4:00pm we will be serving up Pie and Ice Cream for the public to enjoy, we will also be going over our summer programing, events, and be giving a Progress Report on our new Heritage Center!
We encourage people to bring a Pie to Share! RSVP is not mandatory, but helpful!

2nd Annual Riverview Park Canoe Race

Join the Eagle River Historical Society and Hawks Nest Outfitters in Riverview Park, Eagle River Wisc. on Tuesday, July 8th for our 2nd Annual Canoe Race!
How it Works:
- Canoe teams must paddle the length of the Eagle River Board Walk and back.
- The fastest team takes home half of the total entrance fees.
- The other half of the proceeds will be donated to the Historical Society.
Food & Concessions from 11:00am to 1:30pm courtesy of Jessica's Cucina and Canoes & Life jackets will be provided by Hawks Nest- Walk-ins are Welcome!
